Every story has a hero. The hero in our story is Tina Evans, the hard-working founder and CEO of Blue Lynx. In 1988, at the young age of 23, she created what was to become one of the best-known recruitment agencies in the Netherlands. Tina has always been passionate about connecting people. So, she built a great team and put all her heart into it. It was long before recruitment and HR became digital-based.
As the years passed, our team grew and turned into a real international family. Today, our expertise goes beyond the Dutch market. Over three decades later, Blue Lynx still achieves a fine balance between state-of-the-art technology and human touch. We keep the Human in Human Resources. Blue Lynx is a global recruitment agency that offers tailor-made solutions. We remain open, honest and fair through each assignment.
To us, success is simply another word for teamwork. We still believe in the life-changing power of connecting talented people with the right opportunities.
