Our client is an international media and entertainment giant, offering streaming services to millions of members worldwide who enjoy TV series, documentaries, movies and an exciting gaming experience.
We are looking for a dynamic Department Assistant EMEA, with great experience and insight into sourcing and recruitment, to join their expanding team in Amsterdam.
The successful candidate will provide quickly and efficiently quality administrative support for each respective department, enabling business leaders to continue doing their best work.
Job Profile for Department Assistant EMEA
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Perform heavy calendar management – including maintaining calendars for executives, scheduling internal and external meetings, and resolving meeting conflicts
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports)
- Take concise notes in meetings and strategically circulate information to the broader team
- Engage in heavy communication internally and externally
- Create presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Google Docs
- Assist with team projects, events, and/or off-site as needed
- Process expense reports, and accurately document business-related expenses incurred by executives, and provide the necessary documentation for reimbursement and credit card reports
Candidate Profile for Department Assistant EMEA
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel is essential
- Relevant experience as an assistant, preferably to multiple executives
- Self-starter with strong writing skills
- Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
- Ability to handle sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and respond accordingly and timely
