They are currently expanding and looking for an experienced Drilling Fluids Specialist to join their team in Den Helder.

Job Profile for Drilling Fluids Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
• Responsible for service delivery execution
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe HSE policies
• Maintain required certifications and safety training in accordance with company and regulatory standards 

Candidate Profile for Drilling Fluids Specialist

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Relevant degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering 
• Experience in drilling fluids operations, preferably in international projects, is a must
• Experience with mud systems
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards (HSE policies and regulations)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
