Description

Our client is an international media and entertainment giant, offering streaming services to millions of members worldwide who enjoy TV series, documentaries, movies and an exciting gaming experience. 

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Researcher, with great experience and insight into sourcing and recruitment, to join their expanding team in Amsterdam.

The successful candidate will be identifying and engaging with top talents while coaching hiring partners to make smart recruiting decisions and help them build teams that are key to the company’s growth, success, and innovation. 

Job Profile for Recruitment Researcher
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Employ deep research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent
  • Convey insights to the hiring team and provide great candidate experience 
  • Source strategically for a variety of roles and ensure the health of the pipeline
  • Communicate daily with candidates and stakeholders via phone and email
  • Interview candidates, evaluate their technical skill set and match that to the right role 
  • Leverage data and market insights to influence the company’s recruiting strategy and emphasise the value of building diverse teams
  • Work directly with recruiters and hiring managers as a partner to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs 
  • Coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets 
  • Use a strategic approach combined with business and market knowledge to influence decision-making
  • Own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience 
  • Organise, prioritise and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile for Recruitment Researcher

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in another European language is a plus
  • 5 years of working experience in research and sourcing/recruitment 
  • Extensive experience in hiring within EMEA
  • Excellent team player with high-level communication skills, ready to help others 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and delivering impactful outcomes 
  • Well-organised and good at prioritising and meeting tight deadlines with minimal guidance
  • Team player, ready to ask for feedback and willing to grow and develop
  • Able to solve complex problems
