Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in one of our offices in Varna, Plovdiv or Sofia. The successful candidate knows how to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, build long-lasting relationships with partners and stay on top of multiple projects, providing excellent candidate and client experience.

Job Profile for Senior Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, grounded in expertise and market knowledge
- Qualify job vacancies with clients and design a tailored recruitment approach based on client needs and market conditions
- Be highly active on the phone with clients and candidates to drive progress
- Maintain strong knowledge of local labour law and market practices to ensure compliant processes
- Continuously research the market and build deep expertise in your candidate pool, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
- Source and screen candidates using all available tools and databases, including various job boards, the company CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Present job opportunities to candidates in a professional and commercially compelling way
- Conduct interviews online (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and via phone
- Introduce and represent candidates to clients
- Coordinate and schedule interviews via email and telephone with both candidates and clients
- Support and coach candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with both clients and candidates
- Prepare and share relevant information with HR and Finance teams
- Work in close cooperation with the entire recruitment team
- Guide, train, and mentor less experienced team members
- Maintain accurate recruitment administration in the company CRM, with support from the Recruitment Operations team
Candidate Profile for Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- 5+ years of Recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for white-collar positions
- Experience working in a recruitment agency
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing – LinkedIn Recruiter Seat account
- International experience, i.e. working with international clients/candidates or experience living or working abroad, must have an international mindset
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities
- Highly commercial, result-driven, proactive and with a strong hands-on attitude
- Detail-oriented, organised, able to multitask and prioritise
- Able to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely
- Good sense of humour and ability to work in a team
