They are currently looking for a Cloud Security Professional to join their expanding team in the Netherlands remotely. 

In the role, you will support customer trust and security assurance by responding to customer and prospect questions related to the organisation’s cloud security posture, risk, compliance, and security practices.

Job Profile for Cloud Security Professional
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Support Sales teams by responding to prospect and customer enquiries related to the organisation’s cloud security posture
• Complete security questionnaires and provide accurate, timely responses to customer security assessments
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Security teams to address customer security requirements and technical enquiries
• Develop, maintain, and improve security documentation, including security overviews, policies, and standard responses
• Contribute to the Security Office’s messaging, customer-facing content, and security positioning
• Assist with customer due diligence, security reviews, and audit requests
• Stay informed about emerging cloud security risks, regulatory developments, AI-related security concerns, and industry best practices to support accurate customer communication and security assurance activities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and cloud security best practices

Candidate Profile for Cloud Security Professional

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred 
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable
• 5+ years of professional experience in information security, security assurance, cloud security, GRC, cyber risk, or a related security-focused role
• Understanding of security risks and best practices associated with Artificial Intelligence solutions, including Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI
• Experience with cloud operations, either within a cloud service provider or as part of an enterprise cloud environment
• Strong knowledge of enterprise cyber defence strategies, Internet security protocols, and cloud security technologies
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and security governance principles
• Working knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
• Understanding of the sales lifecycle and experience supporting customer-facing security engagements
• Ability to serve as a trusted security subject matter expert, providing authoritative guidance to internal stakeholders and customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
