Our client is a leading European provider of orthodontic products and technologies, combining engineering excellence with decades of industry expertise. With operations worldwide, the company is recognised for delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that support dental professionals around the globe.
Currently, they are looking for a confident Field Sales Representative to join their Netherlands team remotely.
In the role, you will build and maintain a portfolio of clients and expand the business by developing strong relationships with dental professionals, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting innovative orthodontic solutions.
Job Profile for Field Sales Representative
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Acquire new customers for aligner products in the Netherlands and the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium
- Provide comprehensive customer consulting from quotation preparation to order placement for aligner products
- Generate new customer contacts and expand the sales market for aligners
- Observe the market regarding prices, technological developments, and competitor activities in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Visit customers, clinics, practices, and laboratories in the Netherlands and Belgium on a regular basis
- Support customers in the introduction of orthodontic solutions
- Consult customers by phone and video conference
- Document all customer contacts in the CRM system
- Prepare and maintain customer reports
- Handle customer correspondence via email and act as a telephone contact person for customer inquiries
- Participate in projects to expand and further develop the aligner portfolio
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the superior that align with the role or arise from operational necessity
Candidate Profile for Field Sales Representative
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is preferred
- Hold an education with a commercial or technical background
- Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly grasp new situations
- Excellent teamwork and a highly service-oriented mindset
- Affinity for digital and aesthetic products
- Confidence in working with software products or online portals
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Germany, including overnight stays
