Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing company, operating in the paper and packaging industry, specialised in innovative solutions for tissue, hygiene, and specific paper-made products. With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and market leadership, they are committed to delivering high-value products to a diverse range of customers worldwide.
Currently expanding, they are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join their team in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Job Profile for Sales Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy in line with overall business objectives
- Manage, grow, and expand a portfolio of key B2B clients, including distributors and retail partners
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, discounts, and trading terms in accordance with company policies
- Achieve monthly and annual commercial targets related to turnover, margin, and sales volume
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing levels, providing regular insights and recommendations to management
- Coordinate closely with logistics, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer service
- Monitor receivables, contracts, and all required commercial documentation
- Prepare and present regular sales, performance, and market analysis reports
Candidate Profile for Sales Manager
- Must be fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or business development within the FMCG sector
- Experience working with distributors and key B2B clients
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Analytical thinking with a strong results orientation
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Good computer literacy – MS Excel and ERP systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the country
