Simona started her career in recruitment as a Talent Sourcer in our Varna office, where her interest in research and enthusiasm for fast-paced, people-focused work make her a great fit for the role. Outside the office, Iva is passionate about understanding more about psychology and often explores topics like human behaviour and mental well-being.
