Currently, they are looking for a Hub Business Lead to join their talented team in Delft.
In the role, you will focus on medium-sized SMEs and large companies, especially those with a strong emphasis on IT, innovation, and tech consulting and training, to identify opportunities and leverage the team’s market-leading professionals to deliver exceptional projects and services.
Job Profile for Hub Business Lead
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and account management to closing deals
- Generate new business and nurture relationships with clients
- Map decision-making units, actively engage with them, and rapidly build a strong network
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues regionally and company-wide, sharing best practices
- Work within a multidisciplinary team that includes IT Recruiters, Directors, Marketing, and Legal teams
- Perform active networking, spot new opportunities, provide valuable input, achieve targets, and open new doors
- Take accountability with your team to ensure your region thrives
Candidate Profile for Hub Business Lead
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree, BBA or BSC is preferred
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience within the IT, Tech consulting, or Staffing sectors
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development
- Possess a commercial and a go-getter mindset
- Confident to initiate contact and pursue goals
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to lead sales cycle from end to end
