Our client is one of the leading providers of logistics and supply chain solutions in the MENA region, with a global freight network of 600+ offices and solid logistics infrastructures backed by a team of committed and innovative experts in the field and supported by state-of-the-art IT systems and logistical infrastructure.
Currently, they are looking for an HR Officer to join their expanding team in the Rozenburg, Amsterdam area.
Job Profile for HR Officer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for the correct and timely administration of personnel information in all Human Resources systems
- Responsible for the recruitment and introduction of suitable, competent new personnel in assigned departments
- Act as a speaking partner to managers
- Guide management with practical support and tools on all subjects regarding Human Resources, including basic legal advice
- Back up for payroll department
- Provide timely and accurate information to managers and employees both proactively and upon request
- Cooperate with Finance and Human Resources throughout Sales and Marketing
- Responsible for maintaining labour circumstances policy for the office in compliance with the law
- Always consider the company Code of Conduct
- Operate in line with and follow company rules, policies and guidelines
Candidate Profile for HR Officer
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field
- 2-3 years work experience in a similar HR position is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific HR administrative software is a requirement
- Fair, committed and responsible
- Ethical, honest and trustworthy
