Our client is a powerhouse in the energy technology sector, at the forefront of innovation for a sustainable future. They operate globally, providing cutting-edge technology and services across the entire oil and gas lifecycle.
Currently, they are looking for a Field Operator – Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) to join their Process and Pipeline Services team in Eindhoven. In the role, you will be providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems by supporting pre-commissioning and maintenance work including mobilisation to clients’ sites.
Job Profile for Field Operator – Process & Pipeline Services (PPS)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure timely execution of work, instructions and directions from the Operations Manager or Job Supervisor
- Participate in pre-job briefing and ensure familiarisation of the work scope with the team
- Assemble pipes, hoses and pumping equipment using hand tools and mechanical lifting equipment with minimal supervision
- Monitor and operate equipment on-site to ensure proper flow/temperature/pressure and operational conditions are safe while assuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with the company’s HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and core values
- Adopt a strong safety culture and continuous quality improvement approach to the performance of PPS Services
- Handle related Nitrogen Services (purging, leak-testing, pipeline displacements), and Environmental Services (chemical cleaning, decontamination, waste gas flaring, gas recompression)
- Participate in Company Safety programs
Candidate Profile for Field Operator – Process & Pipeline Services (PPS)
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Technical hands-on background
- An excellent safety attitude is a must
- Good computer skills
- Communication skills
- Self-starter who is a team player, yet capable of working with minimal supervision
- Flexible to travel to work locations within Europe
- Must be able to work in shifts
