Description

Our client is one of the leading providers of logistics and supply chain solutions in the MENA region, with a global freight network of 600+ offices and solid logistics infrastructures backed by a team of committed and innovative experts in the field and supported by state-of-the-art IT systems and logistical infrastructure.

Currently, they are looking for a Warehouse Employee to join their expanding team in the  Abbenes area.

Job Profile for Warehouse Employee
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist with the receipt, storage, and organisation of goods in the warehouse. Pre-order and ensure availability of raw materials in advance or in line with shipment arrival (packing with dry ice and gel packs)
  • Ensure orders are accurately sorted out on destination, client’s name and prepared for shipment. Keep records or images of the cargo before and after repacking
  • Perform data entry, update inventory systems, and maintain records of goods received and dispatched
  • Handle the preparation and checking of goods for shipment, as well as receiving new stock
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space to ensure smooth operations
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Communicate with team members or customers regarding order statuses, booking levels, and other related inquiries
  • Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment

Candidate Profile for Warehouse Employee

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in warehouse or administrative work is a plus
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • The ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
