Our client is a high-quality logistic services provider, specialising in extensive solutions and consulting for various markets and diverse clients all around the world by offering uncompromising performance, reliability, and flexibility. Their mission is to provide solutions for any logistic challenge with uncompromising quality of service on air freight, ocean freight, road transportation, warehousing and trading activities. 

They are currently expanding and are looking for an ambitious Logistics Sales Representative to join their team in Maastricht. 

Job Profile for Logistics Sales Representative
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and present tailored logistics solutions to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Attend and represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows to expand business opportunities

Candidate Profile for Logistics Sales Representative

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German or Dutch language is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including freight, warehousing, and distribution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Able to travel as required
