Pharmaceutical Process Operator – Dutch & English

Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing companies with an extensive client portfolio worldwide.

They are currently expanding their team in the Netherlands and are looking for a Process Operator Pharmacy for their development centre in Bladel.

Please Note: This role operates in three shifts: 06:00-14:30 hours, 14:30-23:00 hours, 23:00-06:00 hours.

Job Profile for Process Operator Pharmacy
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Prepare products according to regulations
• Take samples and perform quality control
• Approve products that meet the required standards
• Identify, document, and solve deviations
• Weight raw materials in the weighing room
• Clean workspaces and equipment

Candidate Profile for Process Operator Pharmacy 

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• MBO (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working
• Experience in a production environment, working under strict safety and quality standards
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimisation is a plus 
• Able to adapt quickly and take on initiative
