Description

Our client is an American-owned original patent holder and a global leader in industrial manufacturing. They are a Global business currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager Iberia to join their expanding team in Zellik, who will oversee the Marketing Operations in Spain and Portugal.

Job Profile for Marketing Manager Iberia
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop and execute the Iberia marketing strategy and plan in alignment with overall regional objectives
  • Identify, create, and translate blog content. Design, write, and execute automated email marketing campaigns within HubSpot to nurture customers’ and prospects’ engagement with company equipment, services, and maintenance offerings
  • Develop and maintain content for corporate websites (WordPress), blogs, and landing pages (HubSpot)
  • Establish and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube through consistent content creation and audience engagement
  • Understand and support SEO optimisation efforts for Iberia web pages and landing pages
  • Support PPC initiatives by creating proper ad copy text and keyword lists to attract the right audience and leads
  • Organise webinars and open houses showcasing company products, applications, and relevant customer information 
  • Coordinate and support trade show participation (both physical and virtual) in Spain and Portugal
  • Create promotional materials for Iberia, including advertisements, email campaigns, and banners 
  • Develop and maintain sales tools and documentation to support the Regional Sales Manager
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry cluster organisations
  • Oversee translations of marketing materials into Spanish and Portuguese
  • Generate new leads through sister locations and re-engage existing customers utilising Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM
  • Perform lead qualification within HubSpot CRM. Create and maintain customer reference lists within HubSpot
  • Extract and analyse data from HubSpot related to leads, deals, and closed business. Support the Regional Sales Manager with HubSpot sequences
  • Coordinate the updates and printing of product catalogues, datasheets, and brochures as needed
  • Conduct customer interviews and develop compelling case studies and testimonials
  • Coordinate product launches within the Iberia region
  • Assist the Iberia Sales Manager in expanding into emerging markets and countries across Africa

Candidate Profile for Marketing Manager Iberia

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Portuguese language is a plus
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent degree or experience on the job
  • Experience in Marketing Support or Sales Support
  • Practice in business-to-business relationships
  • Involvement in working with international colleagues or customers is a plus
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient with WordPress, HubSpot (or other Marketing Automation tools), Facebook, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Instagram, YouTube, email campaign tools, etc.
  • Experienced with working with a CRM system
  • Knowledgeable in using project management tool Monday.com or similar
  • Skilled with graphics, layout and design experience
  • Strong aptitude in copywriting and copyediting 
  • Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Knowledgeable in business economics, value propositions, financial, and market analysis
  • Responsive to the needs of internal and external customers
  • Must use imagination and innovation to achieve goals
  • Able to work within deadlines
  • Promote the success of the team and each individual on the team 
  • Conduct yourself in a manner which garners the respect of peers, senior management and all employees, and demonstrate discretion, empathy, and adherence to rules
