Our international client, one of the world’s foremost management consulting firms, is now looking for a Client Development Analyst, Consumer Practice, to join their team in Amsterdam. 

In this role, you will support business development initiatives and content creation efforts for the Consumer Practice. Working closely with consulting and cross-functional teams, you will help identify new client opportunities and contribute to strategic growth.

Job Profile for Client Development Analyst, Consumer Practice
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support consultants and teams with business development materials across all stages of prospecting, from lead generation to proposal development
  • Create and maintain a repository of standardised and tailored business development tools, including presentations, sample reports, and proposal letters
  • Participate in organising and managing content and knowledge systems
  • Attend internal business development calls and provide logistical and strategic support (e.g., capturing action items, following up on tasks)
  • Assist with formatting, proofreading, and refining internal and external communication materials
  • Gain a working knowledge of the company’s leadership advisory offerings and services
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement within the Client Development Team (CDT)
  • Perform additional client development support duties as required

Candidate Profile for Client Development Analyst, Consumer Practice

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • An undergraduate degree is mandatory
  • 2+ years of relevant full-time experience, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Solid research and analytical skills; capable of identifying and summarising key market and industry trends
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time efficiently, and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership over deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across teams
  • Experience in an international or cross-cultural environment
  • Interest or knowledge in leadership, talent consulting, or corporate governance
  • Global mindset and adaptability to fast-paced, evolving business needs
