Our international client, one of the world’s foremost managing consulting firms, is now hiring a Client Development Senior Analyst (Technology & Media) to join their team in Amsterdam. 

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting varied client development and business generation projects for the Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Services (TMT&S) Practice in EMEA and globally. You will perform in-depth research, prepare original analyses and insights, and develop bespoke capabilities documents (quals). 

Job Profile for Client Development Senior Analyst (Technology & Media)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Create tailored client-facing materials and internal business development materials, based on a solid understanding of the potential client or client’s industry, including specific information regarding the “value proposition” (strategy, competitive landscape, culture insights, etc.)
• Liaise with consultants and client development team to provide supporting analysis and insights and client-facing materials across all stages of prospecting – from new leads to competitive presentations while ensuring consistency of content across geographies, industries, and functions in the firm
• Draft storylines and narratives which underscore the firm’s ability to serve new and prospective clients and to deliver excellence
• Take ownership of the team’s content management – maintain content tools and systems to assist in centralising and organising business development materials, including standardised or tailored presentations, developing templates
• Participate and contribute as needed to internal practice calls as guided by the Client Development Manager
• Provide administrative and communications support, including proofing, formatting and content revisions for internal and external reporting and communication
• Over time, develop expertise in tracking industry trends, sustainability, CEO succession and diversity topics

Candidate Profile for Client Development Senior Analyst (Technology & Media) 

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• An undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of full-time experience in an international corporate environment, ideally at a professional services or consulting firm 
• Knowledge or a strong interest in Technology, Media, Telecommunications, IT services and Consulting, leadership and talent consulting is a bonus
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint is a must
• Experience with analyses of business and industry trends is a must
• Working knowledge of Tableau is a bonus
• Experience with collecting and organising information from databases or Internet resources
• Familiar with business reference resources such as Capital IQ, Linkedln, BoardEx, etc.
• Detail-oriented and demonstrates strong project management skills
