Among the many digital solutions they offer, they are leaders in the market for cutting-edge products in the areas of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). These technologies are now being incorporated into different aspects of people’s daily lives and careers. 

We are looking for a talented Communications Manager to join their team in The Netherlands remotely.

Job Profile for Communications Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Write, edit, and publish a variety of editorial content under a tight deadline
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across PR, marketing, design, product, and engineering teams to outline and develop messaging, scripts, talking points, and other written materials
• Research and package content from internal and external resources to develop insightful and engaging company and brand narratives
• Interview developers and artists working in AR/VR regularly
• Assist in the development and management of an AR/VR editorial calendar
• Source and resise assets for publications

Candidate Profile for Communications Manager

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field/ equivalent experience
• 8+ years of editorial experience
• Experience writing about consumer technology and research
• Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
• Familiarity with HTML and/or CMS
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in social good initiatives and/or education
• Ability to write short- to long-form editorial content under tight deadline
• Ability to translate dense, technical information into clear, accessible prose 
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for emerging media and immersive technologies
