Our client is an international media and entertainment giant, offering streaming services to millions of members worldwide who enjoy TV series, documentaries, movies and an exciting gaming experience.
We are looking for a Coordinator, Regional Royalties and Residuals, to join their expanding team in Amsterdam.
Job Profile for Coordinator, Regional Royalties and Residuals
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of production and Talent Data
- Maintain and manage the team’s Talent and Payment Database (Airtable)
- Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers in Airtable, collaborating cross-functionally with the Supplier Operations team
- Handle inquiries from talent and beneficiaries using standardised workflows and communication templates, identify and escalate sensitive inquiries or those involving high-profile talent when required
- Track and reconcile payments
- Manage the calendar of deliverables, compile and track KPIs, and perform relevant ad-hoc analyses (via Monday.com)
- Support the documentation, standardisation, and automation of workflows using tools such as G-Sheet Macros, Airtable Automation, and Monday.com Automation
Candidate Profile for Coordinator, Regional Royalties and Residuals
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in administration, contract management, payment processing, or client services
- Experience with databases (especially Airtable) and CRM systems such as Monday.com, Workday, G Suite, and Excel
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, timeliness, accuracy, intellectual curiosity and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Skilled communicator with the ability to summarise complex context to support decision-making and build strong working relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Able to work proactively, independently, and reliably in a fast-paced environment with tight timeframes
- Willing to tackle tasks outside of your area of expertise
- Demonstrate a commitment to understanding and embodying the company’s values, such as selflessness, judgment, candour, creativity, courage, inclusion, curiosity, and resilience, while actively advocating for team goals
