Description

Our client is one of the world’s leading experts providing end-to-end managed smart network solutions that connect people and assets around the globe and in all markets that cannot be reached with conventional connectivity.

Currently, they are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their expanding team in Rotterdam. 

Job Profile for Warehouse Operative
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordination of transport
  • Receive products and process warehouse products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Pack and wrap goods, including labelling and documentation
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Return processes from customer and to/from suppliers
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Perform activities related to transfers, returns, assembly, BOM’s and KIT’s
  • Update records in an ERP system to keep inventory control
  • Manage safety in a professional way (including ESG and Batteries)
  • Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Keep a clean, organised and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation

Candidate Profile for Warehouse Operative

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • MBO (level 4, administrative)
  • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
  • Current forklift license
  • Proficiency in ERP software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety Regulations
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Good organisational and time management skills
