Our client is one of the top 5 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies with an extensive client portfolio worldwide.

They are currently expanding their team in the Netherlands and are looking for a Technical Operator for their development centre in Bladel.

Please Note: This role operates in either two or three shifts: 06:00-14:30 hours – 14:30-23:00 hours – 23:00-06:00 hours and you could earn up to €1200 extra a month.

Job Profile for Technical Operator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Set up, adjust, and test filling and packaging lines by monitoring critical process parameters
• Perform autonomous maintenance and resolve disruptions to ensure an efficient production process
• Optimise the effectiveness of packaging lines by OEE standards
• Monitor continuously product quality throughout the production process
• Coach colleagues and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with GMP guidelines
• Contribute actively to improving the line performance and work methods as part of the team

Candidate Profile for Technical Operator

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch is preferable
• Previous mechanical experience, including machine assembly and disassembly, is essential
• Good communication skills
