Our international client is a Global Fortune 500 leader, providing innovative consumer, commercial and enterprise technology. The company has its operations spread in more than 60 countries, with a portfolio comprising high-quality, secure products and services, covering personal and business hardware and software products.

Currently, they are looking for an E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative SMB (DACH)  to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.   

Job Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative SMB (DACH)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met
  • Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
  • Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear situation on the current state of the client portfolio
  • Ensure that customers receive the highest level of sales and operational service
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action plan
  • Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfil their needs
  • Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals
  • Use sleek sales methodology and processes effectively to accomplish success and over-achievement from prospect to closure

Candidate Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative SMB (DACH)

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience is required
  • Experience in a Quota Carrying Sales environment is a must
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, experience with computer-based programs, and the ability to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships within a quota-driven sales environment
  • Strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated and possess sound phone skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, excellent organisational and multitasking ability
