Description

Our client is a nationwide real estate investment firm providing quality property management solutions, including creative or seller financing services. Their acquisition team supplies investment-grade properties to fellow investors with a focus on improving neighbourhoods and creating affordable housing options. 

They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Team Lead to join their dynamic acquisition team in Bogota. 

Job Profile for Sales Team Lead
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets and goals
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads from provided lists and databases
  • Introduce the company’s services and establish rapport with prospects
  • Qualify leads based on their buying or selling needs and timeline
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in a CRM system
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape marketing strategies
  • Support team members by troubleshooting and resolving technology issues, such as computer setups or technical challenges, to ensure smooth operations and improve overall productivity
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Candidate Profile for Sales Team Lead

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • A high school diploma or technical degree is required
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for real estate and a desire to succeed in the industry
