Our esteemed client is a rapidly growing global leader in industrial construction machinery with a strong presence across Europe and Asia. The company is known for its innovative solutions, high-quality products, and dedication to sustainability in the industry.
Currently, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team in Almere.
Job Profile for Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with dealers through open, transparent, and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints proactively, provide appropriate solution alternatives and follow up to ensure the resolution
- Manage and coordinate the order cycle to ensure accurate processing of orders on time
- Complete and coordinate all the necessary administrative tasks related but not limited to specification change requests, shipping/delivery schedules, customer complaints, insurance claims, letters of credit, credit notes, etc.
- Ensure that all the necessary sales invoices are completed, processed, and issued at the end of the financial month
- Maintain accurate dealer records
- Visit dealers to communicate updates, provide support and training
- Promote actively company brand, assist/represent the company at Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, dealer meetings, etc.
Candidate Profile for Sales Coordinator
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain
- Proficiency with computer tools, including MS Office and working knowledge of SAP, ERP and CRM systems
- Familiar with Logistics and Supply Chain processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-driven environment
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Effective communication and organisation skills
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills
- Willingness to travel for work
