Description

For our international client, a global leader in the IT/Software market, we are looking for a Surface Channel Account Manager to join their expanding team in Schiphol. 

Job Profile for Surface Channel Account Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Implement new channel capabilities through a Bronze Reseller Program
  • Foster a robust channel ecosystem by creating opportunities and integrating reseller experiences into the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronise efforts and drive sales cycles
  • Act as a liaison between Partner Account Managers, Surface Solutions Specialists, Partner Development Managers, and Go-to-Market Managers
  • Exceed revenue quota goals by driving Surface revenue growth and ensuring partner readiness through comprehensive plans that build partner marketing, sales, integration, and support capabilities
  • Leverage field insights, data, and case studies to support resellers in promoting Surface products

Candidate Profile for Surface Channel Account Manager

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 5+ years of technology sales, technology business development or deep experience working in the Tech Sector in the Netherlands
  • Direct experience interfacing with partners and a proven track record delivering growth and performance metrics
  • Have expertise with hardware solutions and partners, leadership, sales and negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful business plans and campaigns
  • Desire to work in a competitive environment where growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude with a focus on execution
  • Outstanding organisational, creative and presentation skills
  • Growth Mindset ability to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in rapidly growing businesses
  • Must have a positive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop
