Description

Our client is an investment company targeting attractive production and development opportunities within the European transition energy market.

They are currently looking for a proactive Technical Assistant/Office Manager to join their international team in The Hague. 

Please note, that this is a part-time role 3 days per week.

Job Profile for Technical Assistant/Office Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Managing Director Netherlands, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling confidential information
  • Serve as the point person for OM-related duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and shopping
  • Collaborate with various functions and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues that arise
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports, presentations, and communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Assist in project management tasks, including planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and practices
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Adapt to challenging conditions and work with tight deadlines and project goals

Candidate Profile for Technical Assistant/Office Manager

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Document Control experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting management and/or control functions
  • Proven knowledge of basic MS Office software
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
