Among the many digital solutions they offer, they are leaders in the market for cutting-edge products in the areas of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). These technologies are now being incorporated into different aspects of people’s daily lives and careers.
We are looking for a talented Agency Solution Manager to join their expanding team in Amsterdam.
Job Profile for Agency Solution Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Identify, create and implement marketing solutions with agency partners, to achieve measurable business results
- Own the learning agenda for the top agency groups, and serve as an external product consultant
- Educate agencies on product solutions and best practices and ultimately grow the existing business partnerships
- Grow and manage scaled education initiatives across the agency groups and track the progress
- Develop, together with agency partners, a path for product adoption and overall sophistication through the deep knowledge of the client’s business drivers and the company’s platform to sustain their competitive advantage
- Support the business growth strategy through education, data analysis and excellent execution, as well as identification of areas of opportunity
- Be a platform and product expert, and become a go-to person in media planning, strategy, optimisation and measurement to top agency holding groups
- Drive accountability amongst the agency group and set product adoption KPIs, track the performance and take corrective actions
- Monitor campaigns and bring cross-functional teams (product, measurement, marketing and engineering) to the conversation to make sure the client is implementing best practices
Candidate Profile for Agency Solution Manager
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Technical field
- 5-7 years of experience working in a media agency and/or in performance marketing
- Experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Facebook’s ad products is preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with the ability to influence C-level executives
- Able to conduct scaled and 1:1 training with media planners to keep them abreast of updates
- Manage and analyse campaign performance to recommend optimised solutions specific to each client’s goals, metrics, and objectives
- Accomplish multiple projects, and maintain strict attention to details
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
