We are looking for a talented Benefits Coordinator, EMEA to join our client’s Talent Experience and Operations (TEO) team based in Amsterdam, which designs and delivers the infrastructure and operations to deliver an outstanding employee experience throughout the full lifecycle of the employees in the regional market.

Job Profile for Benefits Coordinator, EMEA
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Administrer the company’s Benefits Programs
  • Work closely with external and internal stakeholders (Employee Services, Payroll, Finance, Benefits and external brokers and vendors) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations of the EMEA benefit programs
  • Manage the enrollment process for new hires and internal transfers
  • Assist existing employees during changes in the benefits offerings
  • Keep employee benefits records up-to-date, including employee changes and coverage updates
  • Work closely with HRIS to manage workflows and automation of an internal systems (i.e. Workday and Darwin)
  • Support with creating clear benefit communications and enhancing and updating internal and external benefits sites
  • Prepare and submit required reports to brokers, external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Create cost allocations, and POs and process invoices for payments
  • Manage vendor relations
  • Work closely with broker and insurance providers, and other third-party vendors to manage benefits offerings
  • Support and educate employees on benefits offerings
  • Provide support to the Employee Services team in responding to employee benefit inquiries and issues

Candidate Profile for Benefits Coordinator, EMEA

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting benefits programs
  • Detail-orientated with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Solutions-oriented, understanding situations and asking the right questions to resolve issues using available resources
  • Able to multitask and handle volume under pressure
