We are now looking for a Coordinator, Post Services to join their Screening Operations team in Amsterdam, which manages the in-house Exhibition & Review Facilities across the globe. You will also provide support to a range of services: from reviews of in-progress material in post-production environments to external-facing showcases in a theatrical setting, using groundbreaking latest technologies maintained to deliver best-in-class presentation. The team is committed to the preservation of creative intent and strives toward faithful reproduction of pictures and sound while providing exceptional care to requesters, talent, and filmmakers.

Job Profile for Coordinator, Post Services
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Be at the centre of the operations for the European screening spaces
  • Act as the face of the department and lead all communications, as you will be the first point of contact for client requests
  • Keep all the moving pieces aligned, and tie together technicians, screening rooms, and assets for each request to ensure a successful event
  • Anticipate client needs and provide excellent overall experience, guiding them from booking to event conclusion. This includes identifying and determining client needs and involving the necessary technicians, cross-functional partners, or technical contractors to attain a successful, well-supported screening
  • Own calendar management and project assignments, and prioritise tasks that the team is accountable for, so all the bases are covered
  • Be a key partner to the company’s teammates in Post Production Management, Publicity, Awards, and Events to coordinate screening requests ranging from QC Sessions, Color-Critical Reviews, and Director’s Cut reviews to Press Screenings and Talent Screenings
  • Cultivate rapport and relationships with cross-functional partners to provide clients with the best event experience
  • Ensure proactively all technical needs are met by documenting screening equipment to interfacing with various engineering teams and resources to properly manage scheduled calibrations and maintenance of screening rooms
  • Collaborate effectively with people from multiple backgrounds and teams, and ensure every aspect needed to keep a screening room and event running smoothly

Candidate Profile for Coordinator, Post Services

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
  • Able to work with spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with computers and Office Suite. Google Suite is a plus
  • Experience in production, post-production, and/or project management is beneficial
  • Good communication, presentation, coordination and training skills
  • Organised, critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Able to find solutions to complete requests for screening facilities
  • Able to figure out the best allocation of technician resources
  • Comfortable to work in a technically-minded environment and to answer questions about technical specifications, workflows, and technical requirements
  • Coordinate the logistics of multiple screenings happening across different locations and time zones
