Our esteemed client is a rapidly growing global leader in industrial construction machinery with a strong presence across Europe and Asia. The company is known for its innovative solutions, high-quality products, and dedication to sustainability in the industry. 

Currently, they are looking for a Parts Sales Support Representative to join their expanding team in Almere.

Job Profile for Parts Sales Support Representative
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Support Technical Sales with background knowledge
  • Develop the business of spare parts in the German market
  • Work with suppliers and dealers
  • Answer dealers’ questions and concerns confidently by email or phone
  • Prioritise dealer orders and provide parts system training to them
  • Understand the technical queries related to the product
  • Work closely with the technical department and answer them correctly
  • Monitor pricing and dealers’ inventory levels by product categories
  • Propose and execute ideas for the improvements of daily operations

Candidate Profile for Parts Sales Support Representative

  • Must be fluent in German or Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience of 2+ years in agricultural machinery. Automotive and/or construction background is considered a plus
  • Proficient in data/statistical analysis and reports
  • Knowledge of incoterms and the full process of logistics
  • Computer skills and operation experience in SAP is considered an advantage
  • Team worker, flexible to work with various cultural backgrounds
  • Conflict-solving with very good communication skills
  • Open for travelling
