We are looking for a Sales and Office Executive to join their talented teams in the Bergschenhoek, Rotterdam area.   In the role, you will promote the solutions and services to new and existing clients whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Additionally, you will contribute in a finance and administrative function supporting the Office and Customer Services Manager to deliver general business administration. 

Job Profile for Sales and Office Executive
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Deliver sales strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Identify these opportunities in a variety of markets
  • Build relationships with new clients and encourage them to repeat business
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide them with an excellent “customer first” experience
  • Promote the full range of company projects and services in a professional sales manner, creating the opportunity for future business with each client
  • Deliver financial and administration reporting for the European office operations on behalf of the Office and Customer Services Manager
  • Attend special events to build relationships with industry partners and to stay up to date with the latest trends
  • Create activity forecasts for business operations including sales pipelines ensuring full transparency, while management is focused on achieving the given targets
  • Understand the company’s product portfolio and enlighten customers on what products/services would best suit their needs to provide their end-users with the desired experience
  • Work as part of the team across the Company (UK and Europe teams), to provide technical solutions and accurate estimates for presentation to the client for sign-off
  • Collaborate with respect, to achieving agreed KPIs working within appropriate prevailing processes and with company systems such as QuoteWerks, HubSpot, exact, and Monday.com to ensure all stakeholders are set up for success in their respective roles
  • Make the Health and Safety protocols ensuring consistent adherence to governance and compliance expectations
  • Ensure the clients’ site environmental and safety issues following the requirements during site visits
  • Guarantee the real-time accuracy of the sales pipeline and client payment plans
  • Achieve the financial targets agreed upon for the role

Candidate Profile for Sales and Office Executive

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven technical experience as a Sales Executive, specializing in selling products and services, with a strong track record of developing and expanding a product sales pipeline through effective strategies and initiatives
  • Business administration experience with a profile of building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Knowledge and experience in developing a product value proposition
  • Strong communicator for client-facing and internal interactions with a can-do attitude and energy to drive sales and new business for the company
  • Organised and process-driven to maximise time and opportunities
  • Commercially astute with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated Team player with a passion for innovation and technology
  • Clean relevant driving licence
