Description

Our client is the world’s leading internet entertainment service with more than 260 million memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries and feature films in a variety of genres and languages.

We are looking for a talented Talent Coordinator to join our client’s team in Amsterdam. In the role, you will be responsible for delivering high-touch, efficient interview logistics in close collaboration and partnership with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, panellists, executive assistants, and peer talent coordinators.

Job Profile for Talent Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate all interviews post Recruiting Screen stage (up to but not including the offer stage)
  • Communicate with candidates 
  • Own virtual and onsite candidate touchpoints (ie. prep calls, break checks, lunches, escorts, etc.)
  • Manage coordination with candidates and reimbursements for travel 
  • Advocate for the candidate and their experience by providing regular feedback on interview duration, panel design, accommodations, etc.
  • Partner closely with TA and act as a trusted advisor
  • Optimise the company interview processes
  • Keep TA partners informed of all changes or updates on candidates’ interviews
  • Collaborate with the component stakeholders (e.g. workplace, assistants, etc) to ensure an efficient, equitable and inclusive experience for all candidates

Candidate Profile for Talent Coordinator

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Detail-orientated with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Natural problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Solutions-oriented, understanding situations and asking the right questions to resolve issues using available resources
  • Proficient with GoogleWorkspace and familiar with recruiting technology
  • Committed to delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Confident in liaising and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders (TA, Assistants, Interviewers, Candidates)
  • Able to multitask and handle volume under pressure
