For our international client, a global leader in financial services with operations that include banking, asset management, leasing and insurance, we are looking for a talented Client Service Associate to join their expanding team in Amsterdam.

In the role, you will join a team of Investment Specialists that supports Global Client Service efforts and is responsible for increasing client satisfaction (NPS – Net Promoter Score).

You will receive structured training from our professional and experienced leads, developing your investment expertise and knowledge. 

Job Profile for Client Service Associate
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Answer queries regarding investment products (options, futures, etc.) and trading systems
  • Provide information about company products (Self-Investing and Asset Management) and proactively offer these product options
  • Communicate with clients about investment opportunities and inform them about the current events in the market 
  • Support customers to access information and use the company’s platform
  • Complete specialised internal training and courses (DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity)

Candidate Profile for Client Service Associate

  • Must be fluent in Dutch, German and English, both written and spoken
  • Completed secondary education (e.g., MBO/junior college/ lycée high school/A-levels/Secondary level 2)
  • Well-organised, eager to learn and able to stay on top of several tasks at the same time
  • Enjoy helping clients and have a curious and problem-solving mindset
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning about investing and the financial market
