Our client provides technology solutions to many companies worldwide in the hospitality industry and sports facilities.
The company is currently expanding and is looking for a Field Service Technician to join the team in Almere.
Job Profile for Field Service Technician
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Visit customer sites to solve technical issues
- Install, upgrade and maintain equipment under Service Level Equipment (SLA)
- Provide a high level of customer care within the terms of the SLAs
- Complete all paperwork related to site visits in a timely manner
- Liaise with senior engineers, management, contractors and customers
- Provide remote technical support to existing customer sites
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with agreed processes
Candidate Profile for Field Service Technician
- Must be advanced in Dutch and intermediate in English, both written and spoken
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A technical degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer awareness
- Ability to work in a WAN/LAN environment
- Working experience with IT equipment, routers, servers and TCP/IP environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Experience with Hotels, TV systems, Coax and IP networks is a plus
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel within the country and abroad
- A great team player with a passion for networking, a strong sense of work ethic, responsibility and commitment
