Description

Our client is a leading provider of industry-leading software for the next generation of Field Digitalisation. It is the fastest way to capture, monitor and analyse project data, making it easy to visualise field data, automate reports, and provide advanced analytics for management.

They are now looking for a passionate New Business Sales Professional to join their team in Haarlem, drive the SaaS sales and expand their presence in Europe. 

Job Profile for New Business Sales Professional
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the Netherlands, Germany and Poland with new business opportunities
  • Forge and cultivate robust connections with clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of their unique requirements
  • Skillfully intertwine the client’s needs with the company’s capabilities to efficiently tackle and overcome their challenges
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of lead generation, pipeline management, and effective closing techniques
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Candidate Profile for New Business Sales Professional

  • Must be fluent in Dutch, German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, with a demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Project Management and collaboration tools in the SaaS domain
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
