Our international client, a leading and fast-growing organisation in KYC and KYB solutions, is looking for an Account Manager to join their talented team in The Hague.
Job Profile for Account Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and the growth of the compony
- Seek, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities within the existing customer base
- Listen to customer needs and translate them into solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, to fulfill customer needs
- Seek new customers and expand our client portfolio
- Responsible for your own client portfolio
Candidate Profile for Account Manager
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector
- Knowledge of and experience with IT or compliance is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and persuasion abilities
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive attitude and results-oriented approach
- Team player, able to work independently
