Our client is an international financial services provider, working on the basis of cooperative principles with operations that include banking, asset management, leasing and insurance.
They are currently expanding their team and are looking to hire a talented Customer Onboarding Specialist to join them in Eindhoven or Hengelo. Please note, that this is a Hybrid role.
Job Profile for Customer Onboarding Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain high-quality customer relationships
- Conduct risk analyses and investigations for customer acceptance, and manage (re)acceptance of existing customers when services change or expand
- Identify, analyse, and assess integrity risks associated with customers
- Persuade customers of the importance of investigations and provide accurate information
- Identify commercial opportunities and highlight them to customer stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter expert and guide colleagues
- Collaborate effectively as a team player, and maximise individual and team performance
Candidate Profile for Customer Onboarding Specialist
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Completed HBO or University degree in (business) economics, legal services, or criminology
- At least 1-3 years (Medior) or a minimum of 4 years (Senior) of banking experience as a Customer Onboarding Specialist or in an analytical role
- Proven experience with SME and corporate clients
- Demonstrable experience in writing reviews
- Knowledge of various banking systems, including Siebel
- In-depth understanding of financial services, current laws and regulations, and legal structures
- Understanding of business relationships and organisational structures
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
