Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.

To expand their team, they are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to join their team in Tilburg.

 

Job Profile for Customer Service Trainer

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding for new hires and ongoing skill enhancement training and coaching for both new and existing employees
  • Collect and distribute course materials and learning resources
  • Serve as a point of contact for all questions about training schedules
  • Operate audiovisual equipment during training programs
  • Efficiently manage administrative data pertaining to training and communicate pertinent information to operational managers and/or other business functions
  • Identify and correct any errors, gaps, or inaccuracies in the training material
  • Recognise and improve efficiency within the training throughout the entire operation, if necessary
  • Provide guidance and steadfast support to empower employees in attaining the project’s objectives

 

Candidate Profile for Customer Service Trainer

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience as a teacher or trainer, preferably in customer service
  • Experienced using MS Office applications
  • Engage in open and inclusive communication, embodying the qualities of a team player with a robust sense of responsibility, facilitating seamless collaboration
  • Able to effectively translate the client’s requirements into tailored training solutions
  • Exhibit empathy, a customer-centric approach, objective self-reflection, self-awareness, and maintain a professional and representative demeanor
  • Flexible with working hours, you mainly work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but if necessary, until 10:00 PM on weekdays (evening classes)
