Our client is one of the top 5 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies with an extensive client portfolio worldwide.
They are currently expanding their team in the Netherlands and are looking for a Demand Planner for their development centre in Bladel.
Job Profile for Demand Planner
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Collect and analyse historical data and Forecasts from SAP, OMP, and from customers
- Compare the historical data versus the capacity, share your insights on the exceptions and abnormal spikes in demand
- Measure and monitor the forecast accuracy, provide feedback to the customers when the forecast needs to be adjusted
- Expand the Sales and Operations Planning process
- Maintain close communication with internal departments such as Customer Service, Planning, and Production
- Relationship management and periodic communication with both internal and external clients
- Collaborate with the Projects and Transfers department for new business initiatives
Candidate Profile for Demand Planner
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Have several years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Knowledge of automated systems, proficient in Excel, SAP is a plus
- Flexible, resilient to stress
- Team player with excellent communication skills
