Currently, they are looking for an E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB UK and Ireland to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.

Job Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB UK and Ireland
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Build complex sales strategy to ensure that long and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met
  • Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
  • Build forecast and pipeline weekly and provide a clear explanation of the current situation on the client portfolio
  • Ensure that customers receive the highest level of sales and operational services
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action plan
  • Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfil their needs
  • Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecasts and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals
  • Use sleek sales methodologies effectively to lead the company to success and over-achievement from prospect to closure

Candidate Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB UK and Ireland

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any additional European language is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree related to Sales or 2-3 years of successful Inside Sales as well as quota-carrying experience is required
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and experience with computer-based programs
  • Good at multitasking
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship, communication, negotiation and sound phone skills are mandatory
  • Able to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers
  • Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented and well-articulated
