Currently, they are looking for a Field Supervisor to join their Process and Pipeline Services team in Eindhoven. In the role, you will carry out Process and Pipeline work scopes on clients’ sites on and offshore projects.
Job Profile for Field Supervisor
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare safety and quality plans
- Communicate closely with customers and management
- Provide technical assistance to sales and tendering departments
- Adopt a successful safety culture as well as a continuous quality improvement approach to the performance of PPS Services
- Handle special projects
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with company policies, Legal Compliance requirements and core values
- Work with customer patterns on-site in locations across Europe
Candidate Profile for Field Supervisor
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus
- Technical education (LTS/MTS) is a must
- Significant experience in the PPS industry is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency
