Our international client is a Global Fortune 500 company leader providing innovative consumer, commercial and enterprise technology.
The company has its operations spread out in more than 60 countries. Their portfolio comprises high-quality, secure products and services covering personal and business hardware and software products.
Currently, they are looking for a Field Technical Consultant to join their team in Germany.
Job Profile for Field Technical Consultant
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work alongside a team of Consultants, under the direction of the EMEA Project Management Office (PMO) leader
- Utilise feedback from the customer account teams, whom you will be working closely with
- Produce analysis of customer situations, working with the company Support Teams when appropriate
- Trusted advisor for the company’s main customers
- Collaborate with all levels of customer representatives, as well as all levels of Sales, Services leadership, and technical communities
- Act as a single point of contact for customer escalations
- Own the coordination and oversight of problem-solving efforts
- Lead complex service delivery and develop creative resolutions to complex problems in accordance with the Statements of Work
Candidate Profile for Field Technical Consultant
- Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Superior knowledge of PC and Cloud technology and up-to-date on the latest market trends
- Able to effectively interact and communicate with Senior executives to CXO level
- A passion to learn and use state of the art technologies
- It is preferred to bring experience in some of the following areas:
- SCCM, Asset Management Tools, Patch Management, Driver Management, Image Management, (Modern) IT Deployment solutions, PC architecture knowledge, In-depth knowledge of current Windows operating systems, Windows 10 engineering, Diagnostics and troubleshooting
