Our international client, a leading and fast-growing organisation in KYC and KYB solutions, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their talented team in The Hague.
Job Profile for Junior Account Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Seek new customers and expand the client’s portfolio
- Support and collaborate with Senior Account Managers
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and the growth of the company
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Organise appointments and meetings with potential clients
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities
Candidate Profile for Junior Account Manager
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- MBO degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage
- Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service role is a plus
- A basic understanding of KYC/KYB concepts and regulatory compliance is desirable
- Strong self-motivated person with solid organisational, time-management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling rejections, while maintaining positive attitude
- Eager to learn and flexible to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- An empathetic team player, who can work independently when required
