Our client is a global vendor finance company providing tailor-made asset-based financial solutions to their customers with businesses in many different industries.
They are currently expanding and are looking for a Portfolio Management Specialist Azure DevOps to join their team in Eindhoven.
Job Profile for Portfolio Management Specialist Azure DevOps
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Design and configure the foundational structure in Azure DevOps to ensure it serves as the single source of truth for the organisation’s backlog and portfolio management needs
- Ensure the Azure DevOps system accurately and completely reflects the backlog for system and process development
- Work with various teams to understand their reporting requirements, review the current backlog structure, and implement necessary changes to fit these needs
- Create work instructions on how the individual backlog items need to be recordedin Azure DevOps to meet all requirements
- Organise training sessions for several audiences to train squads, area, group triangle and portfolio management on Azure DevOps on how to create backlog items and how to get the reporting out of the system
- Test and perform dry runs of the planning and performance cycles to see if the reporting meets the requirements
- Develop rules of engagement for the entire team at all levels for backlog maintenance to enable effective Agile stand-up sessions for squads, areas, and portfolios in a continuous and sustainable way
Candidate Portfolio Management Specialist Azure DevOps
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in setting up portfolio management structures within Azure DevOps, not looking for a cloud DevOps engineer or developer
- Excellent communication skills, as the role involves interacting with and convincing all levels within the organisation
- Experience in a large-scale environment and skilled in managing project portfolios in such settings
