Our international client, a leading and fast-growing organisation in KYC and KYB solutions, is looking for a Senior Back End Developer to join their talented Software Development team in The Hague.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing server-side logic, integrating with API endpoints, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of their web applications.
Job Profile for Senior Back End Developer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop server-side logic and database schemas using C# and .Net
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic through API endpoints
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement user-facing features
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Candidate Profile for Senior Back End Developer
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Tech Stack:
- HTML & CSS and JavaScript ES6, Javascript Object Oriented Programming is a plus
- C# and .Net
- Integration with API endpoints
- Front-end framework Vue.js, React is an advantage
- Proficient using task-runners, build tools, bundlers and packaging (eg NodeJS, webpack, NPM)
- Expert with VCS (Git)
- A strong understanding of TypeScript is a plus
Other skills:
- Expert at writing performant, scalable and reusable UI components
- Knowledge and application of front-end performance optimisation techniques
- Familiarity with an agile workflow like SCRUM is a plus
- Proficient at writing technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
