Currently, they are looking for a Warehouse Foreman to join their team in Eindhoven. In the role, you will be participating in toolbox talks, operational and HSEQ meetings, as well as regular contact with multiple vendors.
Job Profile for Warehouse Foreman
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare equipment for mobilisation, including preparing certification of equipment hoses/spools along with loading and unloading, operating forklift/reach stacker (forklift/reach stacker licence to be provided by the company)
- Contact multiple vendors daily to organise equipment re-certification, spares, new purchases, arrange quotations/chase lead times, raise purchase paperwork, etc.)
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in accordance with company procedures and necessary standards
- Ensure all shipping is in accordance with company standards (Maximo/Oracle input BH internal system training is to be provided)
- Control Euro Vignettes Trucks, Digital Taco tracking of all trucks, and save data
- Manage truck, trailer maintenance, yearly MOT, VLG/ADR, truck insurance validity, etc.
Candidate Profile for Warehouse Foreman
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- High-school diploma
- Pro-active approach and a team player
- Problem-solving skills
- Owning a full driving licence is preferable
